Just had to delete this crap app off my phone. So disappointing.

Love the paper, but this interface is so far from routine on an iPad that its just frustrating. Scrolling is OK when it works, but articles are often split into such tiny parts that scrolling is often useless. Downloading (for offline reading) works well, but the indicators arent obvious, and arent always correct.

Constant pop-up adds that crash the app every time. Deleting and switching to another paper.

For two weeks app has been freezing on open; all you see is a blank page with banner ads.

Every time I open it up it shows me the content for one second and then turns the screen all white. I have feeling that they dont want us to use this app anymore and switch over to their new platform

This app is glitchy, constantly freezes, slow, over all not a good quality app.

Constantly crashes when trying to open it when tapping more stories.

Not user-friendly, hard to navigate with lots of wasted time waiting for things to load. Freezes constantly to the point of being useless. Only good function is the search.

Why didnt the Toronto star app be revamped before making a Toronto star touch app for the iPad?

A great innovative APP like no other. So easy to use with no problems. Truly 21 century.

Design is relatively poor. Looks like an app from 10 years ago. Functionality is not great; the back button take 10 sec to respond. Needs a lot more work.

Unlike other IOS apps, when you want to stop the page from scrolling and tap on the screen, it opens the link you tapped on. Very annoying.

Slow

This app has been crashing and hanging constantly since I got it the newest update. Previous versions worked well.

I have this app sync at home and dont have to use data when Im out. Great for subway trains anywhere I cant get data as well. Glad to have a great, free, offline news source for Toronto. Enjoy CK

getting sick of the Toyota Tundra commercial interfering with my readings.

Cant delete. Cant open. Cant reload. Just taking up space on my screen in a beautiful greyed out square.

Still light years behind other international media outlets. Minor tweaks have improved the app over time but still - terrible interface, dated. How hard is it to look at the guardian and say "yes we should do something like that"? A fart is more elegant than this app.

This app is good to use with quick UI response and modern looks. However, why it puts the back button on the title of navigation bar? It is really hard to reach this button on the big screen. For me, I like to swipe from left to right to back to the previous menu. But on this app, it just turns to the next news. Need a better back button design.
