Confusing interface

Love the paper, but this interface is so far from routine on an iPad that its just frustrating. Scrolling is OK when it works, but articles are often split into such tiny parts that scrolling is often useless. Downloading (for offline reading) works well, but the indicators arent obvious, and arent always correct.
